As per the constitution of Samata Sainik Dal, the Supreme Commander in Chief of Samata Sainik Dal shall be the National Patron of The Buddhist Society of India. 

The National President of Samata Sainik Dal will be the Commander in Chief of Samata Sainik Dal and the work of Samata Sainik Dal will be done under his leadership. 

The National General Secretary of The Buddhist Society of India will be the Deputy Chief and Joint Commander in Chief of the Samata Sainik Dal. 

The President and secretory of each branch will be the GOC  and Deputy GOC  of the force. 

As per the composition of the force, the administrative national executive head of the entire Samata Sainik Dal will be a staff officer who will look after the affairs of the Samata Sainik Dal on behalf of the President. 

The appointment of staff officers will be made by the National President of Samata Sainik Dal. 

As Samata Sainik Dal is the Defense Department of The Buddhist Society of India, there will be a battalion of Samata Sainik Dal under the leadership of the Branch General Secretary and Vice President (Defense Department).

There will be a National Council comprising Force Grade Nos. 15 to 33 and a National Working Committee comprising  33 officers.
